MILES CRAWFORD is a filmmaker and performing artist.
He is a producer of feature film “Crown Heights” - winner of the Audience Award at Sundance. Directorial projects include “The Fear We Share” - Alexander Valley Film Festival. “DNA,” - nominated for a UK MVA. “I Forgot My Phone" - 52M views and counting, “Drum-Off” - featured at LACMA
Miles began filmmaking, initiated by a career in music and theatre Off-Broadway and on international tours, performing in STOMP, and drumming alongside Eminem, Ringo Starr, Art Garfunkel, Darwin Deez, Bronagh Gallagher and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
In front of the camera he’s acted for directors Kathryn Bigelow, Calmatic, Kerry Washington, and Nate Dushku
An arts educator, Miles has directed and choreographed for Los Angeles public schools; CITYStage; and in Brazil with the non-profit Quabales.
